It was during the 𝗪𝗬𝗭 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿, our competition dedicated to French digital start-ups, that Rewayz caught the attention of Adeline Macke, Head of Human Resources at WYZ Group.
📍 At the Work event in Lille, Yassin KORCHI, CEO of REWAYZ, gave a pitch on the innovative platform that combines team performance, internal communication and wellbeing at work using artificial intelligence.

Today, this is taking the form of a concrete collaboration: Rewayz is supporting WYZ Group in identifying day-to-day frustrations, creating personalised action plans, and providing support to managers through a smart, people-centred approach.This approach is perfectly aligned with our belief that fulfilled WYZers are the key to sustainable performance, enabling us to achieve the Group’s ambition together.
🥐 Building on this momentum, we welcomed FP Consultants on Friday 23 January for an inspiring breakfast meeting – an opportunity to present the solution to several local businesses and discuss the challenges of modern management, employee engagement and internal communication.
