Culture & advantages
To help our employees feel their best, we offer access to the gym at our office and an employee assistance programme called ‘Moodwork’, which provides access to mental health coaches, career coaches and social workers.
We also offer access to ‘Rewayz’, a digital platform that helps managers and teams to communicate more effectively.
These tools, resources and benefits support mental health, personal development, communication and work-life balance. The employer covers 80% of health insurance costs. For WYZ, it’s important to support Wyzers in their daily lives, helping them to feel good both physically and mentally.
Outside of work, WYZ Group encourage movement. Shower facilities in the office allow employees to have a pre-office workout, like running from home to the workplace and taking a shower when they arrive. This not only promotes being active and well-being like cycling to work but also balances employee’s work & life so they don’t have to sacrifice fitness and exercising.
All Wyzers have access to a gym and organised sport classes led by a professional coach every week during lunch break ( crossfit, yoga, pilates, running, swimming…) with our own association WYZ Moove. There are also organised team sports during the week-end of afterwork.
WYZ also organise his own triathlon challenge every year. On a voluntary basis, the WYzers train year-round for this challenge. They are supported by coaches and a doctor to ensure they can exercise safely.
